Include your order number or licence key if your question is about one.

Lost your licence key?: It is on your licences page when you are signed in — no need to ask.
Need to move to a new computer?: Release the old device from the same page. Every plan includes self-service changes, so you can usually do it yourself straight away.
Paid but no key yet?: Manual payments are checked by a person, usually within one business day. You get an email either way.
Something failing to download?: Tell us the error the app showed, word for word. It carries a code that points straight at the cause.
Asking about a refund?: Have a look at the refund policy first, then write with your order number.
