You drop back to the free tier — the app keeps running and your files are untouched. Renewing extends the licence you already hold rather than issuing a new key, so your activated devices carry on without being re-entered.
Yes. Release a device from your account and activate the new one. Each plan allows a number of self-service changes per 30 days, shown on the card above; past that, ask us and we will sort it out.
No. Every file is opened, processed and written back on your own machine, and nothing about it is sent to us — not the audio, not the names, not how long it is. The app talks to our server only to activate your licence, fetch the models once, and keep your remaining processing time in step with your account.
Each currency has its own price list and its own payment methods, set deliberately rather than converted from an exchange rate on the day. What you see on this page is what is charged.
The free tier exists so you can answer that before paying anything — install it, save something, see how it behaves. If you have bought and something is wrong, read the refund policy and then write to us with your order number.
Anything you hold the rights to, or have been engaged to work on: your own recordings and footage, client work, and Creative Commons or public-domain material. Nothing is uploaded, so the files never leave your machine — but the rights to them are still yours to hold, as our licence agreement sets out.
